Operation of the wine bar

Wine shop with family tradition founded in 2003. We offer 25 types of bottled wines, bottled mixed drinks, sparkling wines, Italian Prosecco, sparkling wines and excellent wines from Moravian winemakers. We also offer delicious Dutch gouda, dried sausages, homemade pates and many other goodies.

We run a wine bar with a café. We offer desserts, breads. We also cook hot meals. We organize game feasts, tasting evenings.

We operate a wine bar and restaurant. We offer hot and cold meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We have Bernard beer on tap. Wi-Fi connection is available. There is a parking lot on the premises. We organize social events, graduations, wedding receptions, family celebrations, graduation parties, etc.

We are a specialized wine shop in Brno Slatina and we offer a wide selection of quality domestic and foreign bottled wines. We also offer 22 types of bottled wines from all over the world. We also offer great Italian delicacies that can be perfectly matched with our wines.

We produce and sell cask and bottled wines with a label and bourbon. The vineyards are located in the tracks of the localities Špigle-Bočky, Růžený. We offer seating in the cellar with a capacity of 50 seats.

We organize weddings including a ceremony among the vineyards, evening gatherings with wine tasting in the cellar and celebrations for every occasion. In the cool oasis itself, it is possible to sit on two floors with a capacity of up to 70 people (45+25). From spring to autumn, you can also use the covered terrace behind the cellar. You can visit one of the oldest wine cellars, which has a restored facade based on the original town cellars. The AURORA wine cellar is the ideal place for private or corporate events with a capacity of up to 50 people. We will be happy to prepare a tailor-made seating in the cellar.

The wine cellar and wine bar are located in the basement of the hotel and date back to the 16th century. The capacity of the premises is 190 seats. In the wine cellar we organize festive tables, tastings and banquets. The wine bar is divided into several small parts and the back part serves as a dance floor.
