Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

Cellar 38 continues the tradition of wine cellars in South Moravia and brings a new space for wine experiences, tastings and meetings in a modern concept and standards. We offer unconventional, comfortable and clean accommodation in Velké Pavlovice in a modern and unconventional style with private sanitary facilities. Large bedroom windows and balcony offer unforgettable views of the surroundings. The underground of each of the buildings hides a vaulted arched wine cellar.
