Historical wine cellar Pod Křížkem in Lednice. You can taste a wide range of wines from the Knoll winery and learn about the history of the winery and cellar during a guided tasting. Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).
