Historical wine cellar Pod Křížkem in Lednice. You can taste a wide range of wines from the Knoll winery and learn about the history of the winery and cellar during a guided tasting. We are a small family run winery that specializes in producing bottled quality and specialty wines from 15 varieties (from dry to sweet). Thanks to stainless steel tanks and modern controlled fermentation technology, we can produce lighter and fresher white wines, while red wines are aged in acacia and barrique barrels.

Visit our family winery under Klentnicka Rock. Taste locally produced wines in the wine bar and on the roof terrace with a view. We also offer homemade lemonades, bread with spreads, boar goulash, etc. Group tastings with the winemaker can also be arranged. After closing time, wine can be purchased on call.

Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).
