The Volařík Wine Cellar combines a new, modern interior with the historic cellar of the Volařík family. Open daily in July and August; 10 wines by the glass, snacks, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages.

The winery cultivates 8.6 hectares of vineyards and produces wines with special designations typical of the Mikulov region. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently processed. The winery also offers guided wine tastings for groups and sells its wines.

The basic tasting includes a tasting of ten samples of varietal wines, an expert commentary on the wine and the processing technology.
