We are a boutique winery focusing on small lots of exclusive wines. We harvest only premium quality grapes from our vineyards and bottle all of our production. We offer unconventional, comfortable and clean accommodation in Velké Pavlovice in a modern and unconventional style with private sanitary facilities. Large bedroom windows and balcony offer unforgettable views of the surroundings. The underground of each of the buildings hides a vaulted arched wine cellar.

Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

The wine shop sells bottled and bottled wines, olives, teas, cheeses, cold cuts, chocolates, bread, rums, spirits and other goodies. You can enjoy delicious roasted meat. You can also buy honey from our production. Tours of the cellar and catacombs, tastings. We will be happy to recommend tourist tips in the area.

The wines are produced using modern, gentle techniques that respect the traditional production methods of their ancestors. The winery produces full-bodied, barrel-aged wines as well as light, natural, and refreshing wines.
