Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

Imagine that you have 6 glasses of wine in front of you and your task is to determine their type. Each wine tastes different - one is extra dry, one tastes like a barrique, one is fresh as a summer breeze. The catch is that in each glass you have only Riesling. With us, you'll become an expert in this variety.
