Newly renovated house with historic vaults and a large habanese (wine) cellar, steam sauna, outdoor seating with barbecue. Capacity of 24 guests in three separate apartments. Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).
