Regional street food featuring fried cheese in a bun. We offer several varieties of “Sejra” with different cheeses, vegetables, and dressings. Our buns are baked by Honzíkova Pekárna in Liberec. You can find us on the dam in Hamr na Jezeře and at select events.

If you are a lover of traditional Czech cuisine and first-class meat, you have come to the right place. You can delight your palate in our restaurant with a capacity of 200 seats inside and 150 seats outside under a covered pergola.

The hotel has a stylish restaurant with a capacity of 60 seats, which is distinguished by the superior quality of the dishes served, excellent wines from winemakers around the world with the possibility of guided tasting in the wine cellar. Taste the best of our own organic farm, fresh beef and lamb.

We are a community pub open to all. We prepare a variety of delicacies of Czech cuisine, sweet desserts with coffee and delicacies with beer. We serve Pilsner, Kozla and local beer Beran.

The complex with its own production and sale of bottom-fermented beers, the complex also includes the Sladovna restaurant and the Kleis hotel, a craft bakery and a confectionery.

We sell ice cream on tap, fruit ice cream sundaes, ice shavings, coffee of various kinds, draft limo and beer, daily selection of Langos, sweet dumplings and meat, fried cheese, fries, pizza, potato pancakes.

Delivery of our great pizzas, drinks and ice cream in Hrádek nad Nisou and its surroundings. Of course, it is also possible to pick up directly at our place.

The Podhlavický mlýn restaurant offers exclusive tastes based on quality local ingredients, herbs and vegetables from our own garden as well as home-grown eggs from our hens. We change our seasonal menu according to the rhythm of nature and each dish is prepared with maximum freshness in mind.

The hotel restaurant will satisfy the demanding tastes of everyone who likes Czech cuisine in a modern concept. Under the guidance of the chef, guests will enjoy varied, healthy and yet wholesome breakfasts, classic lunches and modern Czech dinners. The restaurant for thirty people can also be visited by the public.

We run a restaurant. We have seating for 80, air conditioning, a lounge, a terrace with a grill, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and a children’s play area. Dogs are welcome. We host wedding receptions, banquets, celebrations, parties, and children’s parties.
