We run an inn. We offer Czech cuisine. We do not focus on vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetable salads.

In the pub you can enjoy our cuisine over lunch and in the evening the doors open for goodies with a beer and a well-smoothed draft beer.

Operation of the castle restaurant.

We run an artisan bistro spiced with culture. Our menu is based on our savoury and sweet pastries. Each month we choose one soup based on the weather, the season. Since May, we have been focusing on Asian dishes, sweet desserts including pastel de nata, savory pates, our lemonades, coffee, etc.

Bistro Dřep & Bite is based on a modern take on American cuisine. We focus on the precise preparation of meat, balanced flavors, and consistent quality.

Modern restaurant in the heart of Mníšek pod Brdy. We have combined our passion for gastronomy and experience in the industry to open La Terasa restaurant in the beautiful surroundings of the Esmarin Hotel. We offer modern cuisine full of fresh ingredients, aromas and flavours. You can look forward to a culinary experience, great wine.

Offering hot meals and soups throughout the day at the restaurant. Possibility to use the terrace, summer garden or lounge. The restaurant has a microwave for heating baby food and special meals on our menu. On the terrace there is the possibility of using the children's corner with sandpit.

Refreshments on the cycle path. Heated indoor bar-style seating with hot fast food in winter. Possibility of booking the whole log cabin for approx 40 places for private events with bespoke refreshments, barbecues etc.

Operation of a restaurant and pizzeria. Good food and gastronomic experience of our guests is our priority. You can have a great meal here all day long or just relax with a coffee and homemade desserts.
