We offer premium jerky made using traditional Indian methods and methods used by the pioneers - the first settlers and conquerors of the American West. We offer quality cuts of meat in 12 gram packages, which before drying is equivalent to 50 grams of steak.

We offer high-quality organic beef and GRASS-FED EGGS from pasture-raised hens year-round. From spring through fall, we also produce pasture-raised GRASS-FED CHICKENS and GRASS-FED GOOSES for St. Martin’s Day.
