We are a young winery that started in 2010. We farm in the village of Bavory near Mikulov, where we have 2ha of vineyards laid out in the vineyards Pod Pálavou, U rybníčka and Růžový vrch and Pavlova. We produce appellation wines and Moravian regional wines. Visit.

Our long-standing love of wine and sharing this passion with our friends and comrades eventually led to the creation of Le bouquet. We are a family-run business with a passion for French wines. We import carefully selected wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône and Champagne.

Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

Our wines have 11% alcohol, like most wines from grapes. We make them from carefully selected fruit from the Czech Republic and Slovakia from small farmers. And just as recipes for grandma's cake are passed down from generation to generation, our recipe for Čůčo has a long family history.

We are a boutique winery focusing on small lots of exclusive wines. We harvest only premium quality grapes from our vineyards and bottle all of our production.
