The first steps of Holcovice history were made by great-grandfather Pavel Holec in 1946, when he slowly and gradually began to put the family passion together. Wine and especially Riesling was then devoted to grandfather Ladislav for several decades, who then passed the winery to his son.

We manufacture quality metal doors, partitions and windows that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. Our products are honestly handcrafted with attention to detail and precision, ensuring their longevity and functionality. Our products are handed down from generation to generation.

Since our foundation in 1999 we have been a supplier of top quality still and sparkling (only traditionally bottle fermented) wines only from the Mikulov region and actually only from Pálava or its immediate surroundings.
