Since our foundation in 1999 we have been a supplier of top quality still and sparkling (only traditionally bottle fermented) wines only from the Mikulov region and actually only from Pálava or its immediate surroundings.

We farm four hectares of orchards and sixteen hectares of vineyards in the best vineyard tracks at the foot of the Pavlovské Hills with typical limestone subsoil. We are engaged in the production of BIOwines from our own vineyards. We offer Svatovavřinecké, Frankovka, Pinot Gris, Pálava, Ryzlink Vlašský and others.

The first steps of Holcovice history were made by great-grandfather Pavel Holec in 1946, when he slowly and gradually began to put the family passion together. Wine and especially Riesling was then devoted to grandfather Ladislav for several decades, who then passed the winery to his son.
