We offer gnocchi with cabbage, smoked or bryndza and bacon. We also make halusky in a sweet version with Nutella or apples and cinnamon. We also offer a variation of Hungarian gnocchi with paprika and great Svijanské beer. You can come and taste it, you will surely choose.

We use homemade brioche for our burgers, we get meat from the Tetín estate, specifically beef neck. Pinsa is described as a "light pizza", which has a crispy crust on the outside and a super soft and tasty flavour on the inside. The pinsa dough is made from a combination of soy, rice and wheat flour.

We choose our chickens from Czech farms where we monitor the quality. We use the SOUS-VIDE cooking method to maintain the quality and juiciness of the meat. This is vacuum cooking at low temperatures.
