Late Gothic fortress was built around 1500. During the Thirty Years' War the fortress became part of a farmstead, its noble function disappeared and it was used as a granary.

We operate a lock. There is an exposition of the Knights' Hall, the Golden Salon, a picture gallery, etc. Restaurant with home cooking and a children's playground. In the park an exhibition of 25 vintage cars.

Films such as Of Happiness and Beauty, Mr. Tau, Mr. Vok's Wedding and Mr. Vok Leaves, Flight of the Witches, The Nameless Castle and The Princess on Peas were filmed here.

In the underground of the chateau there is a monumental object The Journey of glass artist and sculptor Alena Matějková.
