We offer tours of the Renaissance castle, where the fairy tales The Emperor and the Tambor and The Magic Purse were filmed. Náměšt' was founded in the valley of the Oslava River around 1220. The first written mention of the settlement of the site of today's chateau dates back to 1234. It is possible to organize weddings, seminars, receptions and concerts.

A part of the zoological depository with stuffed birds, mammals, fish and amphibians and trophies from hunting expeditions is open to the public.

Offering castle tours. The core of the castle consists of a massive rectangular building, surrounded by later additions. Originally a late Gothic water fortress, it was rebuilt and extended in the 16th century in the Renaissance style. Nowadays, the castle is used for exhibition purposes and is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.

In the place where the Svratka River bites into the rocky peaks of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, the construction of a massive castle began in the 13th century. Židlochovice Castle is one of the best preserved hunting castles in Europe and together with the historic pheasantry and deer preserves it creates a unique hunting complex, continuing the centuries-old hunting tradition of this area.
