In the place where the Svratka River bites into the rocky peaks of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, the construction of a massive castle began in the 13th century. The castle still retains its late Gothic to Renaissance appearance. The films The Visitors, How the Princesses Wake and The Devil Knows Why were filmed here.

We provide exhibitions and lectures. We are dedicated to organizing programs for children and schools, concerts, competitions and accompanying events. Regular visitors can use a loyalty card. A part of the zoological depository with stuffed birds, mammals, fish and amphibians and trophies from hunting expeditions is open to the public.

The Cistercian monks from the 13th century, the brilliant architect J. B. Santini Aichel or the current owners of the castle, the Kinský family, have written an extremely interesting history here. We offer tours of the Renaissance castle, where the fairy tales The Emperor and the Tambor and The Magic Purse were filmed. Náměšt' was founded in the valley of the Oslava River around 1220. The first written mention of the settlement of the site of today's chateau dates back to 1234. It is possible to organize weddings, seminars, receptions and concerts.

The first written mention of Kunštát dates back to 1279, but the discovery of the façade of the late Romanesque castle palace on the site of today's chateau dates back to the mid-13th century. It is possible to organize weddings, exhibitions, concerts, cultural and social events.

We offer tours of the Baroque castle where the series Chetnik's Humoretsky (season I) and the film Night at the Castle were filmed. The first indirect mention of Lysice is from 1308, in connection with Heralt of Lysice and Kunštát. It is possible to organize weddings, corporate meetings, family celebrations and garden parties.
