Buildings 14 and 15 house the 14l15 Baťa Institute, a cultural and educational center. It is home to the Regional Gallery of Fine Arts, the Museum of Southeast Moravia, the František Bartoš Regional Library, and the Regional Tourist Information Center. This modern complex is managed by the 14l15 Baťa Institute, a public institution.

The gallery is mainly devoted to Czech and Slovak art and architecture of the 19th to 21st centuries.
