The regional gallery focuses on the presentation of contemporary art and the work of painter Josef Jambor. The collection of his works is presented within its own programme or on loan to other institutions. It supports young and medium-sized artists with an emphasis on the phenomenon of landscape. The Green Gate is undoubtedly one of the most significant landmarks of Pardubice and its historic centre. It is actually two buildings - the gate itself and a roughly 60-metre high tower with a viewpoint. In common perception, however, they merge into one whole, and so we refer to them simply as the Green Gate.

The studio of František Bílek is open to visitors in the villa. In part of the building there is a permanent exhibition which, in addition to the original interior furnishings, also presents Bílek's works from his peak creative period.

Operation of the Museum of African Culture.

The icon of Czech functionalist architecture is home to collections of art from the 19th century to the present, which include works by key Czech and international modern and contemporary artists. Since 2018, a gradual revitalization of the collection's exhibitions has been underway.
