The unique shape of the twenty-five-metre tower, whose spiral staircase winds unusually around its outer perimeter, may remind you of a Babylonian ziggurat.

This is a former water tower that has been converted into a lookout tower. The water tower was built between 1928 and 1930 and its modern reconstruction took place in 2014-2015 when it was opened to the public. The total height of the tower is 45 m, but visitors can only reach a height of 36 m.

The Diana tower has been listed as a cultural monument since December 1981. 150 steps lead up to the observation gallery of the 40 m high tower. If you don't have the strength to climb that many steps, there is also an elevator available.
