The Museum of Butchery is a unique experiential museum in the heart of the Wallachia region. At every turn, the museum recalls the exceptional position of the butchery craft in the Wallachia region and refers to the excellent quality of local sausage and meat products. The hall can be rented for a whole day, for example for training.
The museum organises exhibitions, expositions and cultural events, operates specialist workplaces, publishes publications and provides information about the history and cultural heritage of the Novojičín region.
The Birthplace of František Palacký offers a permanent exhibition dedicated to the life and work of this important historian and politician, together with the history of the village of Hodslavice, where Palacký was born.
