We are engaged in the management and exhibition of collections and objects in the field of social and natural sciences not only of Central Moravia, but also of the wider area with overlapping abroad.

The exhibition offers visitors ten thematic stops that tell the "story" of stone from its earliest history to the modern period. Stone is presented here in three basic forms: as a rock, then worked into a tool and finally transformed into a work of art.

A new permanent exhibition "City and the World" will open in the modernized building of the town museum, which places the non-European collection in the local context of Moravská Třebová's history, as part of the Museum Night on 6 June 2026 at 4 pm. The exhibition is installed in 11 halls and presents the history of the Šumperk region and the nature of Šumperk and Jeseniky. In the exposition you can see regional archaeological findings.
