Exhibition of ethnographic, historical and natural history collections. Collections of antiquities, architecture and urban development are on display.

The museum was established in October 2018 in the historic Waterworks "Black" Tower building. It is primarily dedicated to Josef Tomáš Škoda, M.D., an eminent physician who was born in the Water Tower and whose birth room houses an exhibit dedicated to him.

The town museum in Stříbro is located in the building of the former Minorite monastery, which is closely adjacent to the perimeter walls of the Church of St. Mary Magdalene. There are exhibitions on archaeology, the history of the town in the timeline from the founding to the 19th century.

The museum presents the history of the village and the surrounding area, both general history and the history of crafts and local events. There are documents and information about the history of the town and its surroundings, and another part of the permanent exhibition is devoted to the town's craft traditions, which include, in particular, shoemaking.

The first written report dates back to 1177. Provision of Czech POINT services. There is a church of St. James, a church of St. John of Nepomuk or an archdeaconry with a sundial.

Among the latest exhibitions is the Nepomuk Cabinet in the attic. The multi-functional visitor cabinet presents the town from several new attractive perspectives. The museum features an exhibit of the defunct Pomuk Cistercian monastery, Green Mountain Castle, Country Household, and Liberator B-24.

Museum offers an exhibition of mineral resources of the Podbořany region, organizes exhibitions and other cultural events.

Permanent exposition of Josef Dobrovsky, history of the village of Chudenice and the Czernin family and the memorial hall of Jaroslav Kvapil or the exposition of Jan Roubal. The museum's expositions mention all those who contributed to the creation of the basis for modern Czech national education from Dobner to Dobrovský.

The former Jesuit college houses a permanent exhibition of paintings by Ludvík Kuba. The gallery presents a thematic section of his rich oeuvre. A new museum exhibition for children and adults, Puppetry in Březnice, is partly dedicated to the puppeteer of the Prácheň region, Arnoště Kopecká.

The museum is located in the local castle in 3 exhibition rooms. On an area of 12 m2 you can see a unique model of the town dating back to 1720. The model includes moving figures, complete with sounds, it is also possible to light up all the cottages, including the castle and the church, via 180 keys.
