There is also a gallery of paintings and works by Professor Arnošt Paderlík, a native and honorary citizen of Nučice.

The neoclassical palace-type house was built in 1845-1847. The painted decoration of the palace is one of the most important works of Czech mural painting of the mid-19th century. The Desfours Palace is closed for planned reconstruction.
