The museum is located in the historic Kopack House right on the square. The individual exhibitions will reveal the secrets of leather glove production, guide you through Jewish history, water management and other attractions of the town. The neoclassical palace-type house was built in 1845-1847. The painted decoration of the palace is one of the most important works of Czech mural painting of the mid-19th century. The Desfours Palace is closed for planned reconstruction.

The former Jesuit college houses a permanent exhibition of paintings by Ludvík Kuba. The gallery presents a thematic section of his rich oeuvre. A new museum exhibition for children and adults, Puppetry in Březnice, is partly dedicated to the puppeteer of the Prácheň region, Arnoště Kopecká.
