The Museum of Highlands Jihlava, Telč branch collects, manages, professionally uses and makes accessible historical and natural history collections. It organises thematic exhibitions, lectures for the public, lectures and educational programmes for primary and kindergartens.

The museum presents nearly three dozen crafts and trades. Among the uniquenesses are the preserved workshops of a sawmill, a pearler and a cooper.
