The museum has a permanent exhibition of relics of Swabian ancestors.

We operate a museum with permanent exhibitions dedicated to the life and work of Jiří Wolker, archaeology of Prostějov region or historical clocks and watches. We also provide short-term exhibitions.

The museum can be found in the Renaissance scholastery in the main square. It preserves and documents the memory of the eastern Brno region. It prepares thematically diverse exhibitions for its visitors, always accompanied by a playroom or a programme for children.

The memorial was built in honour of the victims of the Battle of Austerlitz, as intended by the priest and teacher Alois Slovák in fulfilment of his vision to make the centre of the former battlefield. The Botany Department deals with systematics and phytogeography of higher plants, fungi and bryophytes. It carries out documentation of these systematic groups with emphasis on Central and Southern Europe. The library and herbarium are open to the professional public.
