We run a museum. We organize exhibitions, lectures, a history club for children and other professional activities or consultations for the public. Within the framework of research activities it is possible to get acquainted with extensive collections of geology, archaeology, ethnography, botany, mycology, entomology and art.

In the museum you will find an exposition of the Stratílek fire extinguishing company and the exposition Vysoké Mýto světové. We regularly prepare other short-term exhibitions on various topics and events for the public.

The museum is housed in the baroque building of the original Piarist schools, known as the scene of Alois Jirásek's Philosophical History.
