The Mining Museum in the grounds of a former underground mine offers an insight into underground and opencast mining techniques through exhibitions. The main aim of the museum is to show the public the history of coal mining and processing in the central part of the North Bohemian brown coal basin.

We offer railway-themed exhibitions such as a transport office with period equipment, an exhibition of stage coaches, signalling equipment, passenger waiting room, railway lights and other exhibitions. From April to October, on weekends and holidays, museum trains run regularly from Ústí n/L-Střekov station.

We operate a museum dedicated to the maintenance and operation of historic rail vehicles. We have a display of historic locomotives, cars and technical equipment. We organize nostalgia train rides. The museum is suitable for school trips and excursions. We offer rental of a hall with a capacity of 20 seats for companies.

Here you can find a unique pole hop farm with an ancient hop drying house. Thanks to the care of the local people, the municipality of Kolešovice and the Rakochmel company, the original cultivation and drying of Czech green gold is being revived.
