The memorial was built on an authentic site where the so-called gypsy camp operated in 1942 and 1943. Entire families of Czech Roma and Sinti were forcibly concentrated here before being transported to Auschwitz II Birkenau. The memorial offers visitors an indoor and outdoor permanent exhibition on the history of the site.

The Blatná City Museum is located in the historic centre of Blatná in a pink building at 212 Míru Square near the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and near the Blatná Castle. On the 1st floor of this building there are exhibition spaces, where you will find the permanent exhibition Museum of All Senses and various short-term exhibitions.
We operate a private car museum of Skoda cars. Exhibits include original racing and circuit Škoda cars with interesting histories. In many cases, unique prototype cars or government specials are also on display. This comprehensive collection is the largest of its kind in the world.
