Operation of the firefighters' museum. Here you will find an exhibition of firefighter helmets, older equipment and also trophies and awards from competitions in firefighting. There are also exhibits not related to firefighting, but connected with Hoštice, for example from director Zdenek Troška and Czech country legend Michal Tučný.

Uniquely preserved upper water mill. In the mill building you can see the preserved functional grinding equipment, granary, timbered room, living room with oven and tiled stove. In the technical buildings there are various types of agricultural tools.

We run a permanent exhibition depicting the history of the village. In the museum you will find information and artifacts related to the way of life and work of our ancestors. Among the exhibited items we have documents from the 14th century, a map of the Kasperské hory Golden Trail from 1736, period photographs, postcards and more.

The exhibit showcases the many tools that aided in the process of growing grain - from soil preparation, sowing, to harvesting. Learn how grain was processed and how windmills and watermills made people's work easier. You will learn about different types of grain and the meanings of words such as bread, reaper, lager and tread.

The Visitor Centre of the Geophysical Institute of the CAS is located at the Kašperské Hory Seismic Observatory. We invite you to take a tour of the Kristýna adit and visit the museum, where we will explain the principles of seismic measurements.
