We run a city museum. You can see our permanent exhibition Fishing Tradition in Vodnany, which deals with fishery, painting, fishing studies and research. There are fish specimens and fishing equipment on display. We hold regular exhibitions of the work of photographers and artists.

We exhibit an interactive map of Protivín, prehistoric and early medieval settlements or samples of urban everyday life at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.

Operation of a museum with a collection of original skeletons and stuffed exotic animals. The collection contains more than 1,200 exhibits, often complete systematic groups of vertebrates, such as felines, bears, elephants, rhinoceroses, beavers, and an extensive collection of insects and other invertebrates.
