We operate a cultural monument and museum of the miller's craft. We offer tours with expert commentary by a miller. It is possible to see the mill building, the machinery needed to process the individual products and the water weir with sluice. We organise educational events for the public. We sell tourist souvenirs.

In our gallery we offer unique minerals from Czech and Moravian localities including unique calcites and geode amethysts. We focus on the quality, aesthetics and rarity of each exhibit. We run a museum housed in the baroque Müller House. We offer our visitors a permanent exhibition about the history and nature of Tišnov. Currently, the exhibition is located in two rooms and a corridor, due to the location of the Inspiro children's leisure centre in the museum building.

We operate an archive of books, correspondence and manuscripts of writers and otherwise culturally active figures whose work was mostly produced in opposition to the former communist regime. You will find here the archives of Pavel Kohout, Jiří Gruša, Ota Filip, Lumír KUchař and Jan Trefulka.

In the grounds of the national cultural monument Cistercian Abbey Porta Coeli in Předklášteří you will find a museum with permanent exhibitions and short-term exhibitions in the building of the former provost's office. The premises of the monastery church, now the parish church, are open at hourly intervals.

The Mahen Memorial is a unique multifunctional place and was created not only as a reminder of the life and work of Jiří Mahen, but also as a realization of his ideas about the library as a cultural and community centre. It hosts lectures, author readings, exhibitions, plays, events for children and creative writing courses.

The branch has a permanent exhibition The Life and Work of Leoš Janáček, located in the garden house where the composer lived from 1910-28.

The representative Art Nouveau villa was occupied between 1913 and 1939 by the family of Alfred and Marianne Löw-Beer, Greta Tugendhat's parents. Today the villa houses the permanent museum exhibition "Jews in Moravia. Villa and its inhabitants", a freely accessible garden with a gallery and a café.

In the remains of the metallurgical complex there is an exposition of the iron industry of the central part of the Moravian Karst. The ground floor of the building is devoted to the beginnings of iron metallurgy, while the first floor focuses on the blast furnaces and especially the actual building and operation of the smelter. There are also moving models installed here.

The museum is located at Špilberk Castle. It has been there since 1960. You can visit the following permanent exhibitions.
