The memorial was built in honour of the victims of the Battle of Austerlitz, as intended by the priest and teacher Alois Slovák in fulfilment of his vision to make the centre of the former battlefield. You can find here multimedia exhibitions The Battle of the Three Emperors or The Austerlitz Phenomenon as well as short-term exhibitions.

I am in the business of preserving beautiful railway history. The Francis one is 600mm gauge and is collected from all over the country and a few bits from Europe. Narrow gauge railways were built where there was a need to make work easier. It was in brickyards, quarries, mines, in various factories for the transport and removal of materials.
In our gallery we offer unique minerals from Czech and Moravian localities including unique calcites and geode amethysts. We focus on the quality, aesthetics and rarity of each exhibit. Our goal is to present the best mineral specimens that collectors will appreciate. We look forward to your visit.
The museum is one of the oldest Moravian regional museums. Short-term exhibitions are held in the gallery of the Alfons Mucha Memorial. Our permanent exposition of the lapidarium is located in the castle in Oslavany.
