The memorial is a symbolic commemoration of the life and work of the Premonstratensian Brother, researcher in the field of electricity and inventor of the lightning conductor Prokop Divis. The memorial was designed by the Brno architect Bohuslav Fuchs.

The museum, archaeological museum and exhibition presents the rich history of the original old Znojmo Hradiště, from the deep prehistory to the early Middle Ages. The entrance to the museum is from the roundabout, in the direction of the Renaissance tower. Here there is a ticket office, information centre and toilet for guests.
