The museum is engaged in the professional collection of documents and documents that tell about the material and spiritual culture of the Roma from the earliest times to the present. In addition to programmes and workshops, the museum offers guided tours of its permanent exhibition, The Story of the Roma, and lectures for schools.
Mill with four working water wheels and mill drive. Part of the exhibition is the Evolution of milling technology. The visitor can see four complete production units in demonstration operation - an old-style mill composition, a fountain, an American and a cylindrical mill composition and can observe the process of grinding grain.
The memorial in the baroque grounds makes a rich literary tradition accessible and popular. Permanent exhibitions and temporary exhibitions can be found here. It takes expert care not only of the books of the Benedictines, but also of the library of the parent Museum of Brno and, last but not least, of its own collections.
The Military Museum is dedicated to the most famous native of the village of Vlkoš (near Kyjov), the Army General, Minister of National Defence of the government in exile in London, Sergej Jan Ingr. Other expositions in the museum MUDr. K. Macháček, MUDR. Z. Vítek, Colonel V. Ingr. World War I and World War II. Exposition of the Czech Armed Forces in missions.
The museum can be found in the Renaissance scholastery in the main square. It preserves and documents the memory of the eastern Brno region. It prepares thematically diverse exhibitions for its visitors, always accompanied by a playroom or a programme for children.
The synagogue is operated by the Museum of the Boskovice Region. It is a baroque building from 1639 with later modifications. Its vaults are decorated with Hebrew liturgical texts. The tour includes an exposition of the History of Jews in Boskovice and the possibility to visit the Jewish ritual bath - mikveh.
We operate the T.G. Masaryk Museum. There is an exhibition of period photographs and documents related to his life. The museum is located in the house where he lived with his parents from 1856 to 1862.
