The Municipal Office houses a glove-making exhibition with around 300 exhibits, including machines. The museum commemorates the art of the Abertamian glove makers, who became famous for their glove production in this country and worldwide. The exposition mainly maps the history of this industry in the Ore Mountains.
We operate the Royal Mint Museum. The permanent exhibition is dedicated to the history of Jáchymov, examples of the mineral wealth of the Ore Mountains, silver mining with a moving model of mining activity.
We operate a museum of the Easter railroad. There are exhibits of track mechanisms, writings, three-dimensional exhibits and parts of the railway superstructure. The exhibition is in both Czech and German.
