We operate a listed site of original vernacular architecture. The environment is suitable for folk festivals, exhibitions, fairs and social events with accompanying folklore programme. We allow wedding receptions, family celebrations and corporate events.

The War of 1866 Museum is a department of the Museum of East Bohemia in Hradec Králové. It is located near places of fundamental importance for the development of Europe in the second half of the 19th century. The Museum of East Bohemia in Hradec Králové is a contributory organization established by the Hradec Králové Region. The permanent exhibition The Story of the Dragon 1958-2018 tells the story of the theatre's 60-year history. Prehistoric Archaeopark is for the general public, families, school trips, tourists and those interested in archaeology. The aim is to introduce visitors to life in prehistoric times through so-called living archaeology.

Exposition of collections of material evidence of the development of nature, prehistory and history of Czech and foreign provenance. We keep professional documentation for the exposition. The museum organizes cultural events and short-term exhibitions. It also sells informative publications and souvenirs and provides information services.

In the museum you can see the cooper's workshop with finished products of various sizes and types, including historical documents, objects and tools. We will tell you what butter has to do with cooperage, how the volume of barrels and vats was calculated and what the different types of planes are.

The permanent historical exhibition includes the hall of archaeology, paintings by Petr Brandl, rural ethnography, the section Dr. Václav Vojtěch - the First Czech in Antarctica, the exhibition Vivat merenda and the work of the naive artist Václav Kudera - Křapík. The Jaroslav Prokop Gallery offers works of world and local artists of the 19th and 20th centuries.
