The town museum in the old town hall on the square in Úpice offers a permanent exhibition on the life of the Čapek family in Úpice, a gallery of paintings by Julia Winter Mezerová, an ethnographic exhibition, a collection of weapons and fragments from Vízmburk Castle. The Municipal Museum also operates the NKP DřeveĚNKA from the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries.

In the premises of the former agricultural cooperative, a rural museum was built from the donations of fellow citizens. Jirásek's family house in Hronov is an example of traditional folk architecture from the late 18th century. The writer Alois Jirásek was born here in 1851.

The Jirásek Museum in Hronov is located in the theatre building on the square. The exposition is dedicated to important Hronov natives and the theatre industry.
