The museum focuses mainly on the history of transport, the industrial and technological past and the present of the region. Among the exhibits you will find historic cars, motorcycles and a unique exhibition of bicycles. Tram and railway enthusiasts will also find something to enjoy. Don't expect boring technology, even children get excited.

The monumental building from 1898 in the historicist style has been the seat of the Liberec Museum since the beginning, which after a recent reconstruction offers playfulness, interactivity and involvement of the whole family. Touch copies of art objects, make your own coin, listen to the voices of birds or listen to an orchestrion.

We operate an interactive entertainment and educational centre designed primarily for families with children aged three to ten, kindergartens and the first grade of primary school. There is something for everyone.

In our museum you will find around 25 examples of period motorcycles, mostly domestic brands JAWA and ČZ, with production from 1952 to the 1990s. Motorcycle accessories and accessories are on display. The youngest visitors can admire period models of trains, cars and motorcycles.

Operation of a museum of firefighting technology.

We operate a modern visitor centre in a specially protected area for the public. It includes a permanent interactive exhibition about the nature and landscape of the protected area in the interior and exterior. We provide educational and training programs and tourism information.

The museum was renovated in 2023 and opened with a new exhibition. Both historical cribs from the 19th century and contemporary works are on display.

A mini-museum of butter production according to our ancestors. There are milk centrifuges, butter churns, butter moulds and jars, milk churns, slicers and creamers. Everything related to the production of butter, curd and tvarůžky.

It is a modern ideal reconstruction of an early medieval noble residence from the 12th and early 13th century. The manor consists of a fortified "nobility" on a hill and an adjacent settlement of craftsmen. Various cultural events and historical fencing battles take place here throughout the year.

Operate a toy museum. Exhibits on display date from 1940 to 1989. There is an old school classroom with books and equipment from around 1950.
