The museum is located in the building of the former Minorite monastery. There are exhibitions on the history of the town, archaeology, local history and ethnography, including minerals of the Silver ore veins. On the ground floor there is a small exposition on the history of motocross in Silverberg.

In the museum exhibition you will find more than one hundred and twenty historical vehicles - motorcycles, cars, bicycles and motorbikes, as well as agricultural equipment, model cars and aircraft, a period locksmith's workshop and an exhibition on the history of local motor racing. There is also a seasonal café and accommodation.

The West Bohemian Museum in Pilsen is one of the largest museum institutions in the Czech Republic in terms of the scope of its historical, art and natural science collections. At the same time, it is a centre of scientific work in a number of scientific disciplines.

We operate a museum dedicated to the display of vintage motorcycles, bicycles and several vintage automobiles. There is a four-cylinder Ariel or belt-driven Wanderer from 1913, a Gőrner Klatovy motorcycle from 1921, a belt-driven Tyler from 1919, a wooden bicycle of Baron von Dreis and others.

Visitors can see newly prepared exhibitions dedicated to the history of Holýšov and the history of World War II in Holýšov. The guide through our exhibition is a little boy Johann, who really lived in our farmhouse in the past and experienced the turbulent history of the first half of the 20th century.

Permanent outdoor exhibitions of mining technology.

The goal is to introduce visitors—especially younger generations—to an important chapter in Czech military history, which also unfolded at Zelená Hora Castle. The exhibition will familiarize you with the history of the Czechoslovak Army from 1918 to 1992.

The museum is dedicated to the history of railway transport in the Pilsen region and offers photographs and written materials from the history of the railway, a replica of a station transport office, interactive educational elements and models of stations and lines. Private exhibition of costumes offers forty costumes from Upper and Lower Chodsko, from Postřekov and Mrákovsko, from the area of Kasejovice and Blatná, Pilsen, Chotíkov, Litice, Plas, Kralovice and Chotěšovsko, as well as more than twenty period garments and uniforms.
