We operate a parish museum. There is a workshop in the building with the possibility of making candles, handmade paper or printing pictures. We organize lectures, oil painting courses, excursions and more. There is a garden for rest and toilets for visitors. We also provide the opportunity to make batik t-shirts for schools.

We run a visitor centre. It includes an exhibition dedicated to the natural, geological and cultural and historical attractions of Podblanicko. We provide information about the region.

Exposition of the history of the castle, the town and the area. Organizing exhibitions, concerts and lectures. Part of the exposition introduces the development of the natural landscape park in Vlašim. Another part of the exposition introduces the long history of the castle.

We run a beekeeping museum.

A small museum located in a former school building where we find a memorial hall and a historic school classroom. The museum was opened relatively recently in 2003 to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the local fire department.

The Long-String Puppet Museum showcases some of the puppets used by local puppeteers. There’s a children’s corner with a puppet theater for kids. Visitors of all ages will enjoy the themed arts-and-crafts activities. A newly redesigned exhibition will be waiting for you starting in June 2026.

Visitors can see an exhibition called With the capital at your back, which presents the path of drinking water from Želivka to our households and a fishing and firefighting exhibition. There are also photographs of Soutice Castle and the family of its last owner, Dr. František Elpla.

In addition to collection management and exhibition activities, the museum also focuses on organizing cultural events, lectures, talks, concerts, film screenings and art workshops for the public. At present, its collection includes objects from the fields of painting, graphics, photography, sculpture and design.

The former Franciscan monastery in Votice now serves as a museum and gallery. There are permanent exhibitions: the Life of the Franciscans, the Homeland Museum, the Collective Work in Votice, paintings by Vladislav Kaska and Carriages and Dolls. The monastery also hosts seasonal exhibitions, lectures, concerts and other events.

We operate a museum. There is an exhibition dedicated to the life of the Czech poet Antonín Sova.

In the memorial visitors will find the hall of art, the memorial hall of Ota Bubeníček and the memorial hall of prof. August Sedláček. Regional or national thematic exhibitions focusing on art or industry are often held here.
