We operate an ethnographic and local history museum. You will find here an exposition dedicated to Hradiště Castle. We offer souvenirs.

We offer a permanent exhibition dedicated to the Celtic people living on the territory of Dobšice in the 4th to 3rd centuries BC. We offer small souvenirs, including tourist cards, tourist stamps, replicas of Celtic coins, postcards, maps, books and more.

Exposition of collections of material evidence of the development of nature, prehistory and history of Czech and foreign provenance. We keep professional documentation for the exposition. The museum organizes cultural events and short-term exhibitions. It also sells informative publications and souvenirs and provides information services.

The station was established in 2010 with the aim of presenting the past of the First Republic and to bring the activities of the gendarmes to life. We provide lectures for schools and the public.

The permanent historical exhibition includes the hall of archaeology, paintings by Petr Brandl, rural ethnography, the section Dr. Václav Vojtěch - the First Czech in Antarctica, the exhibition Vivat merenda and the work of the naive artist Václav Kudera - Křapík. The Jaroslav Prokop Gallery offers works of world and local artists of the 19th and 20th centuries.

The historical and archaeological exhibition offers an overview from the beginning of the Slavic settlement of the region in the sixth century to the demise of the fortress in the twelfth century, then in the late Middle Ages and early modern period. The results of archaeological excavations are on display.

The museum offers an exhibition focusing on the history of the town and the surrounding area. Visitors can learn more about Latin and Slavic settlement, there is a facsimile of the Chronicle of Cosmas and other interesting facts about the history of the Middle Ages.

Offering sightseeing train trips, which are pulled by steam or diesel locomotive on a narrow gauge line on the former beet railway. It is also possible to take a ride on a stage coach. There are open or covered heated carriages and 2 carriages for wheelchairs, prams and cyclists.

The exhibition maps the history of Czechoslovak shipping in the second half of the 20th century. You will also see the history of Bata ships, the Czech Pirate of the Caribbean and other unique facts about the Czech footsteps on the seas and oceans.
