We run a permanent exhibition documenting the historical development of the area from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. We also exhibit animals, plants, rocks and specimens of trees. We organise regular museum events. We offer programs for schools. We organise strudel festivals.

The pilgrimage complex with a monumental church was built in the 18th century by the monastery of Plasz. The architectural concept of J. B.
