Operation of an exhibition focused on the history of the railway line Kostelec - Slavonice and its wider connections to the railway network in the Czech Republic and Austria. The exposition includes panels with photographs, drawings and explanatory texts as well as a number of exhibits related to railway transport.
We have a permanent display of the history and lore of the town. In the museum you can see ceramic wall stories and figures, a mysterious mirror, model trains, tunnels and bridges, realistic scenes related to legends or dungeons with Romanesque elements.

The museum was opened in 2004 in a historic 18th century building. The exhibits consist of firefighting equipment from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, hand-held firefighting syringes, as well as motorized syringes from the first half of the 20th century. There is also a Steyr fire engine, as well as period firefighting equipment and gear.
