Professor Jakub Hron (1840-1921) was a versatile writer, mathematician and inventor. He also tried to purify the Czech language from foreign influences. A small museum was opened in his birthplace in 2007, which is open all year round by appointment.

We offer a tour of the miller's museum. In the original mill you can see machines from 1926, but also older unique items, grinding stones, a fountain with a turbine and a drive. Learn about grain milling, milling and the history of the mill.

In the museum you will find more than 80 historic motorcycles and countless period accessories and objects used by our ancestors. The exhibition includes, for example, production plates from various bicycles and motorcycles, rosettes from bicycles, enamel advertising signs, period clothing and much more.

You will learn not only what the scarecrows look like, but also what their job description is, who you don't have to be afraid of and who you should be careful of. In the basement of the house you will find the ghosts you can meet in the Highlands.
