We operate a museum with an exposition focused on folk culture and crafts of the Moravian Highlands. We focus on glassmaking, ironwork and the history of the town. MMG Hlinsko becomes two opposite buildings. The museum (Havlíčkova 675) and the gallery (Havlíčkova 614). Opening hours and entrance fees vary according to the current exhibitions and displays. Offering tours of folk architecture exhibit.

The museum depicts the life of small artisans during the 19th century. Today you will see the dwellings of a weaver, a toy maker and a factory worker with a shoemaker's workshop. Since the end of 2018, the museum is part of the National Museum of Nature.
