The Birthplace of František Palacký offers a permanent exhibition dedicated to the life and work of this important historian and politician, together with the history of the village of Hodslavice, where Palacký was born.

At every turn, the museum recalls the exceptional position of the butchery craft in the Wallachia region and refers to the excellent quality of local sausage and meat products. The hall can be rented for a whole day, for example for training.
The empire chateau with its extensive park attracts visitors with its modern multimedia exhibition Man in the Landscape, Landscape in People, attractive exhibitions, the chateau café and playrooms and educational rooms for children. The building is wheelchair accessible thanks to a lift, and there are also special rooms for mothers with young children.
The museum's exhibitions remind us of the ancient times and especially of the inhabitants who lived in the vicinity of Kotouč Hill. They can also walk through the replica of the Arrow Cave, which is a copy of a real cave located just outside the museum. Gallery exhibitions will be held on the floor above the permanent exhibition.
The St. Hostýn Museum is located in the Jurkovič Hall in the grounds of the pilgrimage houses. On the ground floor there are exhibitions presenting the historical development of Hostýn and in the gallery there are exhibitions of natural history and flora and fauna of the Hostýn Hills.
The Slovak Strela Depository is a unique place where the legendary Slovak Strela engine set is exhibited. It can be found opposite the entrance to the Tatra Truck Museum in Kopřivnice.
The town museum is located in the castle building. The museum operates as part of the Department of Tourism and Culture at the Bystřice pod Hostýnem Municipal Office. There are 18th and 19th century ceramics, sculptures by Oldřich Drahotušský and the study of František Táborský.
