We operate a museum of folk architecture. We organize exhibitions and talks. You can buy publications, souvenirs, antiques from the region of South Bohemia, CDs and DVDs. We prepare appraisals for houses.

We offer unique cultural and historical experiences in the magical surroundings of the former library of Petr Vok from 1608. The house has had various uses throughout history, including a pharmacy. Come and meet historical figures in experiential tours and enjoy its unique genius loci. Open all year round.

A two-storey circular neo-Gothic religious building in the shape of a regular octagon, with an advanced tower and a majestic double-sided staircase, surrounded by English parkland.

At one time, up to 32 horses were stabled in the stables. Today, this wonderful space is used mainly for concerts. You can also visit the stables as part of the C tour.

The museum's permanent exhibition presents visitors with the village life of our ancestors and traditional crafts in their historical and contemporary form. A significant part of the exhibition is devoted to emigration to America. Visitors can thus learn about the reasons for emigration, its course and the individual stories of the emigrants themselves.

You will find two gardens on our premises: the 20-year-old Anastasia demonstration nature garden of 6000m2 and the community garden of 3500m2 established in October 2016. You can see for yourself that the principles of nature and rain gardens that we apply here work not only for nature but also for people.

We operate a museum with a collection of photographs by contemporary authors living in the Czech lands and abroad. We organize exhibitions, photographic seminars and musical performances.

Discover the charm of the city from a bird's eye view. 153 steps lead you to the gallery of the 35-metre high city observation tower. The popular Run to the Tower competition, a sports and entertainment competition for the traveling cup of the museum director, is regularly held on the tower.

Borovany in the České Budějovice region opened a renovated former Augustinian monastery in July 2010. In addition to tours of the monastery buildings, cultural events are held in the interior or in the adjacent garden during the tourist season.
