The flagship cable was designed to carry up to 1,920 calls at a time and provide communication between Warsaw Pact countries in wartime. The building was top secret.

The museum contains mannequins of an executioner, a woman on the pillory, a groom, a bride in a coffin, a witch, a polednice, a wild woman and a witch.
